Background in precision manufacturing and process improvement — translates directly into disciplined, systematic IT troubleshooting.

Approaching IT support the same way I approached precision manufacturing: methodically, with structured troubleshooting, careful testing, and clear documentation. Currently preparing for CompTIA Network+ through coursework, hands-on labs, and practical networking projects.

Things I've Built

Projects

FEATURED PROJECT  ·  REACT  ·  LIVE
OSI Explorer
An interactive networking education application that presents the OSI model as a connected system of layers, protocols, addressing methods, devices, commands, and troubleshooting concepts.
Includes a connected knowledge map, searchable topic encyclopedia, seven detailed layer pages, and a guided 12-step packet journey. Built with React, Vite, React Router, and automated GitHub Pages deployment.
EARLIER PROJECT  ·  STUDY TOOL
IT Support Lab Terminal
A browser-based terminal simulator that responds to typed commands, parses input, and returns structured study content across hardware, networking, operating system, and security topics.
Built in vanilla JavaScript with a command registry, randomized quizzes, accepted-answer evaluation, and session-based XP tracking.
DIAGNOSTIC TOOL  ·  LIVE
Network Troubleshooter
A scenario-based diagnostic tool covering APIPA addressing, DHCP failure, WAN connectivity, broadcast storms, and switch-level MAC filtering.
Each scenario walks through identification, theory, testing, resolution, verification, and documentation. Incorrect choices explain why the approach does not fit the evidence.
TECHNICAL CASE STUDY  ·  DOCUMENTED
Neptune 4 Plus MCU Recovery
A real-world firmware troubleshooting case involving a Klipper host that remained operational while communication with the printer MCU failed.
Demonstrates CH340 serial-device identification, COM-port isolation, UART troubleshooting, firmware recovery, layered fault isolation, and root-cause documentation.
